Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Post-Tensioning Technician. The technician will be responsible for performing post-tensioning operations, including the installation and tensioning of cables, ensuring structural integrity, and strictly adhering to safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, operating post-tensioning equipment, coordinating with engineers, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting on-site challenges, and documenting work progress.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Post-Tensioning Systems, including installation and tensioning processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings accurately
• Skilled in operating and maintaining post-tensioning equipment
• Knowledge of structural rehabilitation processes and principles is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety protocols in construction and infrastructure projects
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Relevant technical training, certification, or experience in civil engineering or construction is preferred
