About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Post-Production Artist to take full ownership of chapter visuals, from refining initial artwork to final delivery in a vertical scroll (Webtoon) format. You will own the visual flow, storytelling, and polish of entire episodes, working closely with the writing and creative teams .If you're someone who thrives on blending art with narrative, and enjoys the process of transforming draft artwork into emotionally impactful, reader-ready chapters, this role is for you . Key Responsibilitie s: ● Elevate base artwork to publication-quality using internal tools, applying corrections to anatomy, perspective, expressions, and visual consiste ncy● Format and finalize episodes for Webtoon-style vertical reading with intuitive panel flow, spacing, and gutter effects to guide pacing and emot ion● Enhance visuals with color correction, lighting, overlays, and mood-specific effects to heighten storytell ing● Ensure continuity in character design, props, backgrounds, and overall art style across episo des● Deliver organized, publication-ready files (PSD, PNG, etc.) and respond to feedback with clarity and sp eed Skill Sets Requi red: ● Strong proficiency in digital illustration software, Adobe Phot oshop● A working understanding of anatomy, posing, and perspective to confidently fix or enhance base ar twork● We use generative tools for prompting and generation of the base images for our comics. So, a skill set in generative prompting is cr ucial● Experience working in or familiarity with Webtoon/comic production pipe lines● A solid eye for composition, flow, and emotional beats in sequentia l art● Ability to maintain stylistic consistency and deliver high-quality chapters under tight dead lines● Collaborative mindset, ability to interpret briefs and mood boards, and openness to fee dback● Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independ ently Show more Show less
