Description
You will be part of a cross-functional team at Radian Generation with the objective of supporting the management of clients" renewable energy assets and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Your responsibilities will include: - Learning and understanding the commercial, contractual, regulatory, and reporting obligations of renewable energy assets - Executing tasks to ensure portfolio compliance with project agreements - Supporting Portfolio Managers in tracking and fulfilling ongoing tasks and deliverables using Radian Digital software - Assisting in the preparation of performance and analytical reports for operating projects - Developing an understanding of project performance and operational data through event tickets and work orders - Using document administration platforms and data rooms for project-specific documents - Assisting in regulatory compliance obligations such as FERC and EIA submissions - Supporting billing, revenue tracking, invoice tracking, SREC administration, settlements, and other financial deliverables - Learning and documenting SOP's - Providing excellent customer service internally and externally - Supporting problem resolution activities - Performing any additional duties as assigned Required Skills & Competencies: - Team player with effective interpersonal connections and customer service skills - Ability to read, interpret, and extract critical information from contracts - Ownership of tasks and commitment to completion - Planning and organizing meetings and communications with clients and stakeholders - Adaptability to changes in the work environment and managing competing demands - Accountability for overall portfolio success - Data analysis and report creation skills - Passion for learning in a rapidly growing environment - Basic understanding of accounting and budget management - Comfortable working in 2nd and 3rd shifts Required Qualifications & Education: - B.E or B.Tech from a reputed college/university - Work-related experience in renewable energy/power generation - Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills - Familiarity with grid-tied photovoltaic, wind, or BESS system design, operation, and management Required Software Knowledge: - Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Adobe PDF toolsets Preferred Experience: - At least 1+ years working with operating renewable energy assets - Customer service experience - Business writing experience - Experience in a service provider environment - Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentation - Familiarity with asset management software systems and third-party monitoring platforms - Experience with a U.S.-based company is an added advantage Preferred Skills & Competencies: - Familiarity with solar PV, wind, or BESS equipment and system design - Knowledge of C & I and utility-scale renewable energy projects - Understanding of Community Solar management - Knowledge of commercial renewable energy contracts - Familiarity with data analysis, cost-benefit analyses, project reporting, and presentation - Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills,
