POP Operations | Leading AMC

We have urgent openings for the position of POP Operations with most of the leading AMC companies.

• Ensuring timely completion of NPS daily operations work within the regulatory TATs.
  Processing of contribution and different amendment requests in CRA system within the regulatory TATs.
• Understanding the latest updates from the regulator and following it in our operational activities. Ensuring transaction records are documented in trackers for audit purpose. Onboarding agents and calculating commission and paying it to them.
• Assisting subscribers in registering in NPS through our online portal and through offline physical form processing.
• Preparation & submission of regulatory MIS reports.
• Preparation of different internal MIS reports.
• Assisting sales teams and providing information to them regarding new facilities and developments in NPS.
• Interacting with CRAs for day-to-day activities.
• Providing data and assisting in completion of internal and external audits.
• Resolving grievances raised by subscribers and corporate clients.
• Interacting with corporate clients and ensuring completion of NPS related activities for their employees.
• Checking KYC documents and NPS registration form and ensuring generation of NPS account within the regulatory TATs.
• Co-ordinating with the vendors & CRAs for development, testing and integration of POP back-office system.
• Registering of Branches as POP-SP and starting the operational activities from the POP-SP.
• Monitoring the activities of POP-SPs and ensuring proper adherence to regulatory guidelines.
