Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain pool cleanliness, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and general upkeep of pool surroundings.
Monitor and maintain proper chemical levels in the pool to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
Operate and maintain pool filtration, heating, and circulation systems.
Conduct routine checks on pool equipment and report any maintenance needs.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed and provide immediate response to any incidents or emergencies.
Assist guests with pool-related queries and ensure a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment.
Place and arrange pool furniture, towels, and amenities neatly and replenish as required.
Monitor guest activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with pool rules.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pool maintenance or as a pool attendant, preferably in a hotel or resort.
Knowledge of water testing, pool chemicals, and equipment operation.
Basic understanding of pool safety guidelines and first aid (lifeguard certification is a plus).
Physically fit, with the ability to lift, move, and arrange pool furniture.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
