Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Adviser role located in Solapur. The Sales Adviser will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, providing detailed product information, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, and managing stock levels. The role also includes handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and promoting value-added services such as repairs and insurance.

Qualifications

• Sales, Customer Service, and Retail skills
• Knowledge of Mobile Phones, Tablets, Laptops, and Tech Gadgets
• Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of Inventory Management and Stock Replenishment
• Prior experience in the tech retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business or related field is advantageous
