Description

We are seeking a skilled Polyurethane Casting Operator to join our manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in operating casting machinery and ensuring the production of high-quality polyurethane products.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate polyurethane casting machinery according to specifications.
Monitor the casting process to ensure quality and precision.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Mix and prepare polyurethane materials following safety protocols and guidelines.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of production and material usage.

Skills and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in polyurethane casting or a related field.
Familiarity with casting machinery and equipment.
Knowledge of safety practices and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
