BQ is expanding its political communication vertical. We’re hiring a Political PR Manager with real on-ground political experience, someone who understands narratives, media pressure, and the speed of election cycles.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute communication strategies for political clients.
• Craft press releases, statements, talking points, and rapid-response messaging.
• Manage relationships with political and beat journalists across mediums.
• Secure interviews, features, bytes, and controlled media placements.
• Support on-ground events: pressers, rallies, debates, and campaign moments.
• Monitor public sentiment, media trends, and policy conversations to guide messaging.
• Lead crisis communication and reputation management efforts.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years in political PR, political consulting, or communication roles with parties/leaders.
• Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is a must.
• Strong media network, regional + Indian political press.
• Excellent writing and narrative-building skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
• Fluent in English + Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
• Immediate joiner, we need someone who can step in without a long notice period.
