We are looking for a Polish-speaking Sales cum Customer Service Executive to support sales growth and deliver excellent customer service to our Polish market. The role includes engaging new clients, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Communicate with Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Generate leads, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, orders, and product information.
Maintain customer records and build strong client relationships.
Fluency in Polish and English.
Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
