Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER -SOLAR Project Planning & Execution Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Coordinate permitting, interconnection applications, and inspections. Conduct site assessments and work closely with design and engineering teams. Manage procurement and logistics of materials and subcontractors. Team & Stakeholder Coordination Lead project teams, including internal staff and subcontractors. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate internal and external meetings to ensure project alignment. Monitoring & Reporting Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and adjust plans as necessary. Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders and management. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations, building codes, and Spectrum Solar’s quality standards. Budget & Cost Control Monitor project budgets, manage change orders, and ensure financial efficiency. Review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience in solar or renewable energy projects. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, NEC code compliance, and permitting processes.
