Role Summary:We’re looking for a dynamic Podcast Consultant to lead the end-to-end production of 4 podcast episodes monthly. You’ll manage planning, guest coordination, scheduling, script prep, and team collaboration to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities:· Plan monthly podcast themes and episode content.
· Coordinate with clients/guests for scheduling and briefing.
· Fix recording venues and confirm timelines.
· Prepare scripts/questionnaires tailored to each episode.
· Liaise with editors/designers to manage production workflow.
· Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of episodes.
Requirements:· Experience in podcast production or consulting.
· Excellent communication and project management skills.
· Creative thinker with strong organizational abilities.
· Familiarity with audio recording/editing tools.
