Job Description

As a People & Organization (HR) - Business Partner Professional at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in shaping the business with people interventions and contributing to the transformation of industries, cities, and countries. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Partnering with Managers, Leaders, and employees to implement emerging people-related topics - Orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design, and structure - Collaborating with the location P & O leader and Business teams to implement programs and processes related to organizational capability - Conducting regular connect sessions with employees to facilitate pulse check discussions and plan actions for enhancing employee engagement & experience - Providing the perspective of business needs to Professional teams in P&O to optimize results and guide the business on appropriate people-oriented programs, processes, and policies - Connecting business with experts across the P&O value chain to develop new solutions and supporting in interviewing Key Critical Roles - Managing regular HR tasks such as transfers, compensation interventions, HR operations, and employee programs - Working closely with the Location P&O on Compliance and Retirals topics - Partnering with specific teams to build policies tailored to business requirements In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in P&O business partnering and possess qualities like independence, self-motivation, strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. You will also be involved in driving the PMP process using the Workday tool, target setting, FIT ratings, RTs, global resource alignments in line with the country.
