Job Description

As a Project & Program Management professional in the Power (Solar) industry, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will lead projects from initiation through completion, overseeing procurement of key equipment such as solar inverters, transformers, and other vital systems. Risk management is a crucial aspect of your role, where you will assess risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless project execution. Collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and clients is essential to define project scope, establish clear communication, and align objectives effectively. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Energy, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (M.Tech is a plus). You should have a proven track record in Project Planning, Monitoring, and PMO roles, with specific experience in renewable energy systems. Key skills required include project monitoring, scheduling & tracking, regulatory affairs & procurement management, grid integration & renewable energy systems, risk management & stakeholder engagement, as well as budgeting, forecasting, & project control.,
