The candidate should have at least 10 to 15 years of experience with B.E or B.Tech (Mechanical or any other domain) having experience related to Automotove project industry.
Plans platform/project/product line activities for the different projects, providing analysis of operation resource usage and timelines. The Project Controller is a proactive participant in the management of the project performance from the quote phase to the project closure. As such he/she understands the contractual terms, the scope, the cost estimations and the project schedule.
During project execution Project Controller manages customer purchase orders and revenue recognition, evaluates project related cost estimations and budget, and dominates all financial aspects of the project (including cash flow, taxes, foreign exchange hedging, etc.). The Project Controller works alongside the Project Management Team fostering a looking-forward, zero-surprise approach, continuously assessing potential risks and opportunities and contributing with a strong and convincing voice of financial insight.Responsible for quality, profitability and timing target of projects, scope management (Projects technical solutions compliant with customers requests), time schedule management and for managing/coordinating the project team. Responsible for customer satisfaction as regards the order completion, claim and modification management, risk management, supervision of on-site activities and supervision of the procurement process (related to key supplies)
