As a Project Manager for India Business Strategic projects, your role involves planning, monitoring, and executing projects within budget and time to meet the business requirements effectively. Your key responsibilities include: - Drive successful execution aligning with India Business strategy and detailed work plan for project delivery within set parameters of time and cost. - Proactively mitigate risks by monitoring project progress, tracking deliverables, reviewing milestones, and providing feedback to ensure timely execution. - Facilitate effective project communication through cross-functional project task force meetings and consistent information sharing across stakeholders. - Establish strong relationships with the Business team, portfolio, and external customers by sharing project progress and conducting review meetings for achieving targeted deliverables. - Ensure continuous improvement of internal processes and project execution by monitoring progress for efficient project functioning. Qualification Required: - MBA qualification preferably with PMP certification. - 7-8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical marketing and/or project management within the Pharmaceutical industry.
