Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors or Master’s in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering,
3 - 6 years of automotive program or PMO experience, including 3–5 years in
PMO design or process creation
.
Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle (Concept Launch).
Experience with APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, DFMA, and NPI processes.
Proficiency with PM tools: MS Project, SAP, JIRA, PLM systems, Power BI.
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.

PMO Design Lead End-to-End Vehicle Programs

Design and implement a comprehensive
PMO framework
for managing full vehicle programs from concept to launch.
Develop and standardize
PMO design processes
, templates, tools, and governance structures tailored to the automotive product lifecycle.
Define
program governance models
including gate reviews, milestone planning, and decision escalation mechanisms.
Create and maintain the
vehicle master plan
covering design, engineering, validation, procurement, and manufacturing phases.
Lead the
design of PMO workflows
that integrate with digital tools (PLM, ERP, JIRA, Power BI, MS Project, etc.).
Establish
PMO operating guidelines
for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Drive alignment between PMO design processes and corporate product development frameworks such as APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and DFMA.
Build
cross-functional governance structures
to ensure coordination between design, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to track program performance, resource utilization, and budget adherence.
Oversee
program-level scheduling
, resource planning, and budget control to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle delivery.
