About Client: Hiring for One of Our Multinational Corporations! Role : PMO Consultant Experience : 8-14 years Location: Hyderabad Roles and responsibilities: Project Coordination and Support: Provide support to project managers by maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, and reporting on project status. Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Assist in thepreparation and maintenance of project documentation,including charters, project plans, and status reports. • Onboarding and Offboarding Management: Facilitate the onboarding of new team members by coordinating with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure timely provisioning ofresources, tools, and access. Ensure all onboarding steps, including background verification checks, are completed before new hires begin their roles. Support the offboarding process by managing the removal of access, collection of assets, and coordination of exit interviews. • Access and Security Management: Serve as the primary contact for managing access to the Offshore Development Center (ODC) and other critical systems. Process access requests for ODC entry, systems, software, and other project tools while ensuring compliance with security protocols. Conduct periodic reviews and audits of access permissions and implement corrective actions for non-compliance. Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement best practices for data security and access control. • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes for onboarding, offboarding, access management, and project support, and identify opportunities for optimization. Propose and implement changes to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall efficiency within the PMO. Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback and recommending enhancements to processes and tools. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all PMO processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and access management. Generate and present reports on project performance, resource utilization, access management, and other key metrics. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards throughout all managed processes. • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with project managers, team leads, and external partners to support PMO activities and resolve issues as they arise.
