Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Delhi, for a PMC Supervisor (Residential Projects) at Mirav Labs. The PMC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing residential projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budget, and timelines. Daily tasks include supervising project teams, coordinating with contractors and vendors, resolving on-site issues, conducting regular site inspections, and maintaining documentation. The PMC Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Case Management capabilities
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
