The PMC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing residential projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budget, and timelines. Daily tasks include supervising project teams, coordinating with contractors and vendors, resolving on-site issues, conducting regular site inspections, and maintaining documentation. The PMC Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Communication skills Experience in Social Work and Mental Health Case Management capabilities Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work well in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
