PL/SQL Module Lead-Service Support

You are an experienced Application Support Analyst who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to customers and eager to work with a variety of newly developed products based on cutting-edge technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer support tickets utilizing a ticketing system. You will ensure adherence to SLAs and team objectives, as well as investigate, analyze, and resolve issues reported by customers. Occasionally, you may need to review, comprehend, and modify code to facilitate issue resolution. Effective communication with customers to provide updates and guidance is crucial, along with documenting technical specifications and support-related details. Participating in continuous improvement projects and process enhancements, collaborating with a geographically dispersed team, and reporting to team leads and management as necessary are all part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should possess 4-6 years of total experience and a robust background in application support. Key competencies include the ability to investigate issues, communicate effectively, and contribute to team accomplishments. Essential skills involve working in application or technical support roles, analyzing and resolving customer problems, strong communication skills (both oral and written), understanding of web-based or desktop client-server architectures, technical proficiency to interpret code, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. Desirable skills and technologies include experience with Oracle databases, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Unix/Linux, Cobol, Java, Git version control tools, ITIL certification, and knowledge of financial services software. Flexibility to work in shifts is a requirement for this position, with a secondary location at the Noida Campus.
