Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and Industrial Automation systems.
Develop and update course content, lesson plans, and lab exercises.
Provide hands-on training and supervise practical sessions.
Guide students on projects, assessments, and industry applications.
Ensure lab equipment and software are maintained and functional.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Delta PLCs preferred).
Familiarity with SCADA, HMI, and industrial control systems.
Prior teaching/training experience preferred (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
Good communication and presentation skills.
