We are looking for a motivated and dynamic person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and counseling students regarding our CAD courses and assisting them in making informed career choices. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on course options and career prospects in the field of CAD. Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally and persuasively. Assist in converting inquiries into admissions through effective follow-up and convincing skills. Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions using Microsoft Excel and other tools. Provide a professional and positive experience to students and parents visiting the center. Requirements: Prior experience in academic/admission counseling is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English with a pleasant personality. Patience, empathy, and strong convincing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Professional appearance and conduct.
