Role Description

We are seeking a skilled PLC Shift Engineer & Technician for a full-time, onsite role based in Nashik. The responsibilities include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and associated systems. The role also involves monitoring the technical performance of automated systems, conducting systems tests, diagnosing malfunctions, and ensuring efficient system operation. Collaboration with team members to optimize systems and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards will also be essential.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical is mandatory.
• Min 2 years of experience in PLC
• Salary upto 35000 CTC only.
• Immediate joiner required, ready to join within 3 days.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Experience in automation systems, electrical systems, and control systems
• Knowledge of technical diagnostics, instrumentation, and system analysis
• Understanding of safety standards, compliance protocols, and quality control
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field
• Previous experience in the Defense or Space sectors is an advantage
