PLC Programmer

1. PLC Programming & Development

• Design, develop, and implement PLC logic for water treatment processes (filtration, chemical dosing, pumping, etc.).
• Program and configure PLCs from brands like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc.
• Develop HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and SCADA systems for monitoring and control.

2. System Integration & Commissioning

• Integrate PLCs with SCADA, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), sensors, and actuators.
• Test and commission automation systems for water treatment plants.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues during installation.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Conduct regular maintenance of PLC-controlled systems.
• Diagnose and fix PLC-related faults and breakdowns.
• Ensure 24/7 operational efficiency of water treatment automation.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure PLC systems comply with safety, environmental, and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation for programming logic, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
• Provide technical training to operators and maintenance teams.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Optimize PLC logic to improve efficiency, energy savings, and water quality.
• Stay updated on new automation technologies in the water treatment industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
