Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer to design, develop, test, and commission automation systems for our special purpose machines and industrial applications. The role involves programming PLCs & HMIs integrating sensors/actuators, troubleshooting, and supporting machine installation at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement PLC programs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, B&R, etc.).
  • Configure and program HMIs for user interaction and data monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the design and mechanical teams to integrate electrical and control systems into machines.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of control systems.
  • Support machine installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance at site.
  • Ensure proper documentation of programs, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.
  • Work with Industrial Communication Protocols (Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, etc.).
  • Implement safety standards, interlocks, and error handling within control systems.
  • Provide technical support, training, and after-sales service for customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
  • Knowledge of HMI design and development.
  • Familiarity with sensors, actuators, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial networks.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
  • Willingness to travel for commissioning and on-site support.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in PLC programming and automation projects (Freshers with strong knowledge can also be considered).
  • Experience with machine automation, robotics, or special purpose machines is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of data acquisition, traceability, and Industry 4.0 concepts preferred.

  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
