Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Programming and development of PLC logic as per project requirements.
Logic development, testing, and optimization.
Communicating with clients to understand detailed functional and technical requirements.
Understanding, reviewing, and verifying control panel wiring diagrams.
Control panel inspection, testing, and validation.
Design and review of marshalling cabinets and system cabinets.
Handling and verification of power wiring.
Understanding project philosophy documents and implementing them in control logic.
PLC hardware and software configuration.
Developing PLC logic as per approved specifications and client requirements.
Conducting Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of PLC panels with clients.
Commissioning, testing, and modification at site as per client requirements.
Troubleshooting PLC programs, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus, Profibus).
