PLC Automation Engineer

As a PLC Automation Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in the Design & Development team located in Nagpur. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems, designing and programming HMI interfaces for industrial applications, and executing projects involving various components such as sensors, VFDs, servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Your role will also involve coordinating Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) with customers, handling installation, commissioning, and post-deployment technical support, designing electrical control and power circuits, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with vendors for equipment sourcing and evaluation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain PLC-based automation systems - Design and program HMI interfaces for industrial applications - Execute projects involving sensors, VFDs, servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics - Coordinate Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) with customers - Handle installation, commissioning, and post-deployment technical support - Design and assemble electrical control and power circuits - Perform root cause analysis and suggest improvements - Collaborate with vendors for equipment sourcing and evaluation Qualification Required: - B.E. in Electronics / Electrical with specialization in Mechatronics or Control Systems If you have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in PLC/automation project execution and possess technical skills in PLC Programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider), HMI Design & SCADA familiarity, communication protocols (CAN Bus, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus), pneumatic & hydraulic system handling, electrical wiring, panel design & control schematics, hands-on troubleshooting, and project delivery, we would like to connect with you.
