Job Description

Responsibilities

Primary Role:

Preparing electrical drawings using E-Plan, designing panel wiring, PLC programming including ladder logic & HMI programming, integrating third party devices such as power supplies, sensors, PID controllers etc.
Testing entire logic with third party devices with all interlocks, writing recipes and troubleshooting.

Secondary Role:

Online & if required offline support while installation, commissioning and training.

Desired profile of the candidate

Candidate should have hands on experience in ladder programming (using Siemens and Delta PLC), handling analog & digital I/Os, stepper motor integration with PLC, serial communication like RS232, RS485 Modbus RTU protocols.
Candidate should have sound knowledge of electronic power supplies, motors & drives, pneumatic actuators, heaters & PID controllers etc.
Should have hand on experience in preparing electrical drawings using E-Plan as well as Panel designing and panel wiring.

Basic / UG Qualification

BE (Electronics/ Instrumentation/ ENTC), Diploma (Electronics/ Instrumentation/ ENTC) holders can also apply.
