Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Play School Administrator to manage and coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of our early childhood education center. The ideal candidate will handle parent interactions, manage enquiries (in person and over the phone), conduct school tours, and support the development and implementation of early learning programs. This role bridges communication between the school and families while ensuring a nurturing and organized learning environment. Key Responsibilities:Parent and Visitor Engagement: Greet and assist prospective and current parents with warmth and professionalism. Handle in-person and phone enquiries regarding admissions, curriculum, and school facilities. Conduct informative and engaging school tours for potential parents. Provide guidance and counselling to parents about early childhood development stages and school programs. School Administration: Oversee daily front office operations including attendance, student records, and communication logs. Manage admission processes, documentation, and follow-ups with leads. Coordinate schedules for teachers, activities, and school events. Maintain up-to-date records related to health, safety, and compliance. Early Childhood Development Coordination: Support implementation of age-appropriate learning activities in collaboration with teaching staff. Ensure that classrooms and learning spaces are aligned with the school's philosophy of holistic early childhood development. Facilitate communication between educators and parents regarding child progress and concerns. Communication & Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for all administrative communication between the school, parents, and external stakeholders. Support in creating newsletters, event invitations, and parent notices. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in school administration or early childhood settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and regional languages). Ability to manage sensitive parent concerns with empathy and professionalism. Familiarity with early childhood development principles and practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
