Role & responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to increase wallet share and cross-sell products. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product development) to launch new initiatives that meet customer needs. Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to HNI clients, ensuring their financial goals are met. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide insights on market trends and investment opportunities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards to safeguard the bank from potential risks. Preferred candidate profile BFSI/Banking Experience : Candidates must have at least 3-8 years of experience as a relationship manager or in an equivalent role, with a focus on HNI client acquisition and portfolio management. Mandatory Minimum Qualification : Graduation from a UGC recognized university. Strong understanding of branch banking, retail liabilities, CASA, HNI acquisition, portfolio management, and cross-selling concepts . Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving shared goals.
