As a Relationship Manager, your role will involve developing new and expanding existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. You will also be expected to cross sell existing bank products to customers and inform them of new products or enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. To achieve this, you will need to plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients, while coordinating with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. Additionally, maintaining complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts and tracking customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service. - Demonstrate a very good understanding of Trade and Forex & CA. - Exhibit a very good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance etc. - Understanding of Mutual Funds (MF) and Insurance will be an added advantage.
