Platinum Relationship Manager-Business Banking-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Banking

Role Overview: As a Platinum Relationship Manager in Business Banking, your main responsibility will be to develop new and expand existing relationships with High Net worth Customers for liabilities and commercial assets. You will be expected to source new bank customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels. Ensuring high levels of customer service orientation and adherence to bank policy will be crucial. Cross-selling bank products, informing customers of new offerings, and conducting special sales initiatives and events will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will need to maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts and track customer complaints/queries for timely resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new and expand existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities (CA driven) and commercial assets - Source new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel - Ensure high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy - Cross-sell bank products to existing branch customers - Inform customers of new products or enhancements to expand the banking relationship - Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients - Coordinate with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products - Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts - Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Graduation with 6-8 years of experience or Post Graduation with 4-6 years of experience - Very good understanding of Trade, Forex, CA, Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance - Understanding of Mutual Funds and Insurance is an added advantage - Customer orientation and high energy levels with a motive to succeed (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
