Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Plating Process Expertise:

Hands-on experience in plating process operations.
Chemistry preparation, titration tests, and troubleshooting of chemical processes.
Conduct chemical analysis using AAS, pH, turbidity, conductivity, ORP, wet analysis, and gravimetric methods.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

Ensure full understanding and implementation of QMS (Quality Management System) and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies across the department.
Promote safe chemical handling and adherence to safety procedures.

Documentation & Process Control:

Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and departmental formats.
Collaborate with the team in setting departmental goals and driving continuous improvement.

Analytical & Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of chemical safety and handling protocols.
Proficient in statistical tools, 7 QC tools, FMEA, Control Plans.
Awareness of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or related discipline.
37 years of experience in plating and chemical analysis in a manufacturing setup.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
Team player with a proactive approach to process improvement.
