Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a 5-week intensive crossover training program focused on core platform engineering skills.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions.
• Automate system provisioning, configuration, and deployment using modern DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, cloud engineers, and network specialists to ensure seamless platform performance.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Contribute to documentation, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in software development, systems administration, or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of

  programming concepts

  (any language such as Python, Java, Go, or C++).
• Proficiency in

  Data Structures and Algorithms

  .
• Good knowledge of

  Cloud

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or

  Networking fundamentals

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Linux fundamentals

  and system commands.
• Familiarity with

  version control systems (Git)

  and

  scripting languages

  is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to

  DevOps tools

  (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible).
• Basic understanding of

  monitoring tools

  and

  infrastructure-as-code

  concepts.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies.
