Job Title: Java Developer (HTD Program SailPoint) Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time | HTD Model (HireTrain–Deploy) Job Description: We are seeking experienced Java Developers (5+ years) to join our Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) program for SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects. This is a great opportunity for strong Java professionals to transition into the fast-growing cybersecurity domain, starting with expert-led training on SailPoint. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications. Work on backend components using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments. Technical Skills Required: 5+ years of hands-on development in Java / J2EE. Strong command over Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC). Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services. Proficient in SQL, Relational Databases (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL). Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and build tools. Understanding of design patterns and software engineering principles. Nice to Have (Not Mandatory): Exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools like SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, etc. Basic knowledge of authentication protocols, LDAP, or RBAC concepts. About the HTD Program: Selected candidates will be hired as full-time Java Developers and enrolled into a short-term training program on SailPoint IAM. After successful completion, you'll be deployed to real-time IAM projects with top enterprise clients.
