Job Summary:

Platform Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain

    enterprise platforms

    (e.g., cloud platforms, CRM, ERP, DevOps, or collaboration tools).
  • Monitor

    system health, performance, and capacity

    to ensure optimal uptime and availability.
  • Manage

    user access, roles, and permissions

    , ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Implement

    platform updates, patches, and version upgrades

    with minimal disruption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, working closely with

    IT infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams

  • Automate routine operational tasks using

    scripts or configuration management tools

  • Maintain accurate

    documentation

    of configurations, changes, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure
