Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of production data, including inventory levels, material usage, and quality control metrics.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Coordinate with designers to ensure timely delivery of molds and toolings, making necessary modifications as required.
Manage a team of operators to achieve production targets, providing guidance on best practices and resolving issues promptly.
Oversee daily operations of plastic injection molding production, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
Create lead time reports for Raw materials, molds to ensure smooth operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in plastic injection molding supervision or management role.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant field (Chemical Engineering / Plastics).
Strong managerial skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
Proficiency in Excel report preparation and multitasking capabilities.
Have knowledge of New product development, Tooling.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali
