Key Responsibilities:
Lead Incoming, In-process & Outgoing Quality and ensure adherence to standards.Drive RCA, CAPA, Supplier Quality Improvement, and process capability (Cp, Cpk) enhancements.Manage field failures, warranty analysis, and customer complaint closure.Track & report key KPIs PPM, COPQ, FTR, DPU, DPMO, audit scores.Own Quality MIS, dashboards, and management reporting.Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, OEM requirements.Lead continuous improvement, Kaizen, Lean & Six Sigma projects.
