Plant Operations Specialist

Role Overview: As the Head (GM / Sr. GM) - Plant Operations, you will be responsible for leading the plant operations at Taloja, Navi Mumbai. With a background in BE Chemical and at least 20 years of experience in Pharma, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position, you will play a crucial role in the success of the organization. Your maximum budget will be 25 LPA, and being a professional from a Pharma background, you will bring valuable expertise to the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee plant operations at the Taloja facility - Utilize your 20+ years of experience in Pharma to drive operational excellence - Manage a team and ensure efficient production processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals Qualifications Required: - BE Chemical with 20+ years of experience in Pharma industry - Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position - Strong leadership and decision-making skills As the Regulatory Affairs Executive for APIs, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. With a background in BSc/MSc Analytical Organic Chemistry and 3-5 years of experience, you will play a key role in the regulatory affairs department. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for APIs - Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation - Stay updated on regulatory changes and implications for the organization Qualifications Required: - BSc/MSc in Analytical Organic Chemistry - 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs for APIs - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills For the Quality Assurance Executive and Quality Assurance Manager positions for APIs, similar qualifications and responsibilities apply, with varying years of experience required. Additionally, candidates from API & Formulation, Pharma Manufacturing (Bsc/Msc, BTech Analytical/Organic Chemistry) with 3-10 years" experience are preferred for all positions at the Taloja factory.
