Company Description Blue Stone Energy collects Used Cooking Oil (UCO) from various operators in the food industry to produce eco-friendly SAF feedstock. Our production units conduct robust quality checks before manufacturing to ensure clean output that meets international standards as per specific customer demands. We focus on converting hazardous waste into renewable products while providing technical, marketing, and business solutions to our clients and industry peers. Additionally, we support budding entrepreneurs who wish to set up production units. Our operations also comply with FSSAI regulations to ensure safe usage of vegetable oils. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Operations Specialist located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Plant Operations Specialist will oversee day-to-day operations of the fully automatic production units, ensuring the highest quality standards during the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include managing plant operations, supervising staff, conducting preventive maintenance, and controlling processes to achieve operational efficiency and meet production targets. Qualifications Experience in Plant Operations and Operations Management Strong Supervisory Skills working experience in vegetable oil refinery or similar industry will be essential Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices Expertise in Process Control Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or relevant field is preferred
