Plant Manager – uPVC Profile Extrusion Plan

Job Title- Plant Manager -upvc profile

Required Qualification ons & Experience:  Education on:

*B. Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical, Polymer, or Product on Engineering.  Experience:

* Minimum 8–10 years in Place c extrusion manufacturing (preferably uPVC profiles, pipes, or extrusion polymer).

*At least 2 years in a leadership or Product on head or assistant plant head role managing a medium- to large-scale extrusion facility.

 Technical Experience -

* Strong knowledge of twin-screw extrusion process and equipment. * Experience in extrusion die setup, Calibration on, and downstream systems. * Understanding of uPVC Formula on chemistry and process behaviour.

*Familiarity with mixing systems, material handling, and in-house recycling setups. Key Skills & Competencies:  Leadership and People Management  AnalyƟ cal and Problem-Solving Skills  Strong CommunicaƟ on and ReporƟ ng Ability  Planning, CoordinaƟ on & Decision-Making  Knowledge of ERP / SAP for producƟ on tracking  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  Commitment to Quality and Cont noise Improvement

Salary - 10 to 16 lakh yearly

Location -kolkata, West Bengal

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
