Plant Manager ( Crusher Industry Only)

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and manage the operations of our crushing plant facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the crushing plant.
• Ensure efficient production with minimal downtime.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage and lead a team of operators, technicians, and maintenance staff.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with the production, logistics, and engineering teams to optimize processes.
• Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.
• Prepare and manage budgets and operational reports.

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing a crushing plant or similar operations.
• Strong knowledge of crushers, conveyors, screeners, and heavy equipment.
• Mechanical or Mining Engineering degree preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize plant processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
