*Generating MPR of Spares in SAP & follow-up for the same.
*Preventive Maintenance*Maintain Critical Spares
*Measuring Customer Satisfaction level
*Review & updation of documents as per set frequency
*Ensuring PPE compliance on shop floor as per requirements
*Capturing near miss incidents and take necessary actions*Maintenance cost, Adherence to the planned budget
*Execution of TPM, 5'S', Safety & Kaizen activities in the assigned zone
1. Good in depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Maintenance
2. Utilisation of Resources 3. Cost control
