Plant HR - Santej

• Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring for various roles within the company.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to shortlist candidates and coordinate with the interview panel for scheduling and finalizing selections.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations in compliance with factory labour laws.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive workplace culture.
• Handle statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, and Factory Act requirements.
• Implement and introduce the performance appraisal system and ensure it is fair, timely, and aligned with business goals.
• Support in creating various policies and their implementation at plant by regularly educating employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Manager and handle the preparation of payroll data and attendance management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Plant HR: 2 years (Preferred)
