Plant Financial Controller

Role Summary:

Plant Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Lead preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the plant.
Provide monthly financial statements and variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior year.

Cost Accounting:

Maintain accurate standard costing and conduct variance analysis (material, labor, overhead).
Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress), inventory valuations, and production cost efficiency.

Operations Finance Support:

Partner with plant leadership to identify cost savings, improve margins, and optimize resource allocation.
Track KPIs such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness),scrap rates, and throughput.

Compliance & Internal Controls:

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOX/internal controls,and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate internal/external audits and implement process improvements.

Capex and Project Evaluation:

Evaluate ROI and payback for capital investments and automation projects.
Track and control project budgets during execution.
