Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs in compliance with applicable building codes (NBC, IBC, IFC, etc.).
Design and detailing of
plant and non-plant buildings
,
shelters
, and
steel buildings
.
Create and manage models in a
3D environment
using
Revit
,
AutoCAD
, and/or
MicroStation
.
Work on architectural features and finishes for buildings.
Prepare and review
Architectural Bill of Materials (BoM)
.
Collaborate on projects involving
process buildings
such as substations, control buildings, and shelters.
Utilize
Navisworks
or
SPR
for
clash detection and resolution
.

Required Skills:

Software:
Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SPR, MicroStation
Architecture:
Plant & Non-Plant Building Design, Steel Structures, Building Finishes
3D Modelling:
Experience in working within 3D design environments
Codes Knowledge:
NBC, IBC, IFC
