Role Description

• Use

  PlanSwift

  to overlay multiple plan sets (architectural, structural, and MEP) to determine accurate quantities and square footage.
• Perform detailed

  quantity takeoffs

  for different scopes such as drywall, flooring, painting, roofing, etc.
• Review and interpret

  architectural and construction drawings

  .
• Prepare clear and organized

  takeoff reports

  for the client.
• Ensure

  accuracy and consistency

  in all measurements and data reporting.
• Communicate with the client team for

  clarifications, updates, and revisions

  as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Planswift software and other quantity takeoff tools
• Strong analytical and estimation skills, with experience in reviewing project drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of materials, construction methods, and industry standards
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and project management teams
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred
