Job Description

Initiate and assist in preparing WBS, Coding, Integrated EPC schedules, Functional schedules, and S Curves.
Interface with Functional Managers to provide data input to scheduling, progress, and performance measurement systems on a weekly basis.
Maintain and update project schedules and databases.
Create and maintain Issue logs and update Risk Registers.
Interpret procedures for project scheduling and drive continuous improvement of the project controls skills set and knowledge.
Provide historical information and support project execution.

Job Requirements

Necessary: E/B.Tech or equivalent degree.
Desirable: NICMAR, PMP, MBA (finance).
Minimum 1-7 years of experience in project planning and controls functions in Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Oil & Gas, and Energy sectors.
Exposure to Project Management and Project Execution is desirable.
Skills and competencies include interface management, portfolio level reporting, cost structuring, change management, planning and scheduling, detail orientation, and managing ambiguity.
