Role & responsibilities

Operation / Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with

  Team Leaders

  ,

  Project Engineers

  , and

  Site Engineers

   to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and regularly update the

  project cash flow

   based on awarded work, expected expenditure, and invoicing milestones.
• Track

  project progress

   against timelines and financial targets.
• Monitor the

  payment schedule

   of the project and coordinate with the finance and project team for timely

  invoice preparation and submission

  .
• Ensure documentation and data related to work progress, billing, and planning is up to date and accurate.
• Support in resource planning and allocation for ongoing and upcoming works.
• Assist in resolving operational bottlenecks and flag delays to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:

   B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

  (Mandatory)

• Experience:

   Minimum 8

  10 years

   of relevant experience in

  consulting engineering projects

   (urban infrastructure, roads, water supply, buildings, or similar sectors).
• Should have

  experience in project coordination

  , planning, invoicing, and managing operations in a consultancy environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), MS Project or other project management/planning tools.
• Knowledge of billing procedures, contract terms, and progress tracking tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in managing government-funded infrastructure projects or working with donor-funded projects (ADB, World Bank, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to ERP or MIS tools for monitoring project activities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
