We are looking for stable candidates with experience into managing high rise residential projects.

Work Description:

• Preparation of a Master Schedule, establishing Project Baseline, continuous Supervision, Tracking and Monitoring of the project progress.
• Releasing Quarterly Plans, capturing and tracking the various Constraints and mitigating the Risks involved, in terms of Time, Cost, Quality and Safety. Study the impact of alternative approaches to work.
• Releasing Monthly Plan and preparation of Progress Report for the Senior Management. Identify Delays and provide Corrective Actions to achieve the milestone.
• Visiting Site on weekly basis and prepare Site notes based on Observation
• Collaborate and Co-ordinate with the Site, Contracts, Procurement and Estimation Team to ensure the availability of Contractor and Material before the commencement of work through RFI Management
• Coordination with the Architect/Consultants to finalize Drawings/ Statutory Approvals based on Pre-Execution schedule.
• Drawings Scrutiny, Review of Bill of Quantities, Construction Area, Analysis Reports, etc.
• Formalizing Scope of Work. Involvement in Decision making for selection of Materials, Methodology, Work Specification.
